Responding to significant growth in the End-Market Group (the business segment responsible for service, spare parts, rentals and engineered-to-order products for all boiler, burner and heat recovery products), Victory Energy announced the promotion of Ned Kaled to V.P. Customer Experience and Quality, and the hiring of Sean McMenamin as V.P. End-Market Sales and Service to lead the service and spares segment of the business.
These moves are in response to customers seeking to shift their boiler room maintenance and operation activities to OEM boiler manufacturers. The end-market business has experienced increased activity with both existing Victory Energy customers and prospects who are recognizing the value of a total-support offering from only one company that is extremely well versed in boiler, burner and heat recovery products.
Ned Kaled has been an instrumental force with customers across major engagements for the past five years. Customers are increasingly seeking a single point of contact to rely on as the key conduit within our company. In his new role as V.P. Customer Experience, Ned oversees all customer relationship engagements.
Boiler industry expert Sean McMenamin recently joined the company. Sean provides leadership support on the service and spare parts segment of the business. The goal is to create closer customer connections to ensure resources are in place to better serve customers with service and support technicians and spare parts availability.
“Over the past two years, more and more customers have looked to Victory Energy to provide a full suite of aftermarket products for their operations. They increasingly want to deal with only one service provider for all their boiler, burner and heat recovery service activities. The promotion of Ned and the new hire of Sean serve to put the End-Market Group in position to deliver on customer needs through a comprehensive service offering with robust spare parts and rental boiler availability. In essence, it is an extension of our concept-to-completion differentiator of being with customers for the life of their boiler,” remarked John Viskup, President and CEO.
