Victory Energy is pleased to announce the addition of Matthew Melson as Regional Sales Manager for the FRONTIER® Firetube Division in the Southeast Region. In this role, Melson will oversee sales efforts across Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida, supporting customers and representative partners throughout the region.

Melson brings more than 11 years of experience in the boiler industry, with a strong record of driving growth through consultative, solutions-based sales. His background spans boiler service, repairs, and capital equipment sales, supporting industrial, healthcare, higher education, military and manufacturing customers throughout the Southeast.
