Vice President – Industrial Sales

We’re pleased to announce that Gary Persichini has been named Vice President – Industrial Sales and will immediately assume leadership of the Industrial Representative Sales Organization. He is also joining the Victory Energy Executive Leadership Team which demonstrates the importance we’re placing on the sales and marketing efforts for the company.

Gary has significant experience and long-term relationships with many of you. He brings an intimate understanding of the challenges of selling industrial boilers solutions in an intensely competitive and technically challenging market climate. He knows what it takes, and he’s all in on helping you to make sales happen. You’ll now have a stronger voice in the Victory Energy organization. You can be assured that Gary will work closely with you with ongoing and future projects.

Gary will continue to support the Combustion Solutions/VISION® Burner business going forward leading the instrumentation and control solutions for the company. We’ve also made a strategic hire to support the burner business segment.

Director of Combustion Solutions

Larry Berry brings over three decades of experience in the combustion business, having worked with several different burner and combustion related companies. His unique industry experience allows us to capitalize on better increasing VISION burners opportunities

He’s equally well liked and respected by sales partners and end users. He brings vast industry knowledge, especially in process industry applications.

Larry is comfortable working hand-in-hand with customers to provide all types of burner solutions that are right for the application’s requirement. With Larry on board, we’ll realize an even greater level of credibility in this category of our business segment.

One of his major initiatives is to lead our effort to further penetrate the retrofit side of the burner business, as well as build out a full representative sales network for VISION products over the next year.
