Don Harper has joined Victory Energy as Human Resources Manager.
He’s responsible for all of the human resource activities for the company.
Don has an extensive background in human resources roles, including leading his own consulting firm, with emphasis on helping clients realize “Best HR Practices” in their operations.
He’s held various human resources positions for companies in the recycling, mining, exploration, and the private equity business segment.
His experience will assure that Victory Energy meets the challenges of retaining and recruiting a workforce that coincides with the growing needs of the company.
A native of Canada, Don holds memberships in many human resource organizations and affiliations.
