What started as a vision with big dreams is now a reality that everyone has had an integral part in making happen. On April 21, 2019, we’ll celebrate our 20th anniversary. What a ride it’s been! We set out to disrupt the boiler business in new and innovative ways. We’ve accomplished that and far more.
Much has transpired over the past two decades. Our boilers are operating in a multitude of industries around the globe. Our presence in the HRSG segment has expanded with several significant applications. The strategic move to become a full-line firetube manufacturer continues unabated. We’re viewed as a credible provider of VISION burner solutions, both new and retrofit. By actively listening to the needs of the market, we’re developing products like GENESIS HTHW Generators that are well suited for campus wide heating applications. Much of our new product development work comes directly out of voice of the customer research and learning.
A small operation has morphed into an outstanding facility in Collinsville that is state of the art and the envy of our competition. The promise of far greater vertical integration is paying off. Lean is a way of operating that extends across the plant. The concept to completion promise makes a significant difference with customers everywhere. We live it with every engagement.
We’ve always invested back into the business to fuel growth. One of the hallmarks of our success is the continual investment in positioning the company for the future. Where other boiler manufacturers have retrenched, we’re investing. Our plant expansion in 2016 and the introduction of the Steam Test Facility were strategic moves made to ensure future success. They’re paying off today and will do so even more in the future.
The people of Victory Energy are true difference makers. There are no better boiler industry professionals. The engineering and technical acumen runs deep across the company. We’re continually aligning the company closer to what our customers need to keep their boiler room operations running by assuming more of the responsibility. We’re adding more technology and metrics/analytics mapping into our products. We’re all in with IoT advances. Our field service capability continues to grow and evolve. These attributes are all direct examples of being a truly customer centric company that answers the needs of the boiler industry.
Our relationships run deep with customers. Over the past two decades, many customers have returned to Victory Energy to purchase additional boiler and heat recovery products. These repeat customers are a true indication that we’re doing things the right way. There is no better recommendation.
Much has been accomplished in 20 years, far beyond our greatest imagination. We dared to dream big and delivered against it. It’s good to know that we’re only just getting started. There is so much more we’ve planned for the upcoming years. There are new products and solutions that are yet to be discovered.
It is because of you, our valued customers and independent sales representatives, that we’re able to celebrate this milestone anniversary. We would not be in the position we are as a business without all of you.
You are the lifeblood of the company. Our collective successes are limitless with the boundless energy we all possess for boilers, burners and heat recovery solutions. The future is bright at Victory Energy. We’re only just beginning.
