On April 3rd, we hosted U.S. Senator James Lankford for a discussion with the ELT (Executive Leadership Team) and a tour of the Collinsville plant operation. He shared his thoughts on what is happening in Washington that directly impacts the overall business climate – ranging from trade and taxes to tariffs and economic stimulus.
The visit allowed our leadership group to learn more about the substantive issues that the boiler and heat recovery market segment faces going forward – most notably steel and aluminum tariffs and environmental legislation. It offered the opportunity to share the position of Victory Energy and the ABMA (American Boiler Manufacturers Conference) on these vital issues.
The tour of the plant focused on the lean advances of the company while highlighting the significant investments the company has made to remain competitively well positioned for the future. One of the key tour highlights included viewing a rental boiler being put through rigorous testing in the new steam test facility.
