75,000 PPH WATERTUBE BOILER SUCCESSFULLY TESTED AT VICTORY ENERGY STEAM TEST FACILITY

Victory Energy completed the successful test of a 75,000 PPH Watertube Boiler with VISION® burners under customer operating conditions at the company’s new Steam Test Facility in Collinsville, Oklahoma.

The test facility allowed us to generate and demonstrate capacity and other key performance parameters using the customer’s unique incoming gas pressure requirements.  The achieved results were outstanding.

The customer is a major pharmaceutical company in California.  The test results exceeded the NOx emission guarantee and demonstrated 25 PPM NOx with 0 PPM CO at capacity.  This was extremely important to the customer as a SCR is being utilized to reduce the overall emissions to sub 9 PPM NOx.

The Victory Energy Steam Test facility opened mid-year 2017 with the initial testing focused on the company’s line of firetube boilers.  The test of a large industrial watertube boiler represents a significant milestone in the boiler product category.

“Our steam test facility is a true market differentiator.  The benefits that the customer derives from having their boilers fully tested before shipment are considerable.  It allows for greater predictability, significant reductions in field commissioning and far quicker start-up,” stated John Viskup, President and CEO.

“We are aggressively pursuing a plan to have all of our boilers fully tested before they leave our operation.  It is a true value-added benefit when purchasing a boiler from Victory Energy,” added Viskup.
