  • COMBINED CYCLE UTILITY HRSG

    Victory Energy engineered and delivered HRSG systems for two (2) GE LM6000 CT’s. The company supplied HRSG modules, integral DA, CO catalyst, SCR, duct burner, ducting, structural steel, stack, trim and instrumentation.

    VEO Value Proposition:

    This project was a size less suitable for VEO competitors. Victory Energy’s competitive advantage was its thermal modeling capability to customize to the application as well as its in-house technical expertise.

  • HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generators)

    The Victory Energy watertube heat-recovery boiler (patented design) is one of the most flexible, cost effective and technologically advanced units on the market. Our proprietary fintube design allows us to manufacture our boilers with the smallest footprint in the industry which greatly reduces radiant heat loss to contain energy costs.

    Whether the need is hot water, steam (saturated or superheated), or high-temperature thermal fluid, the Victory Energy Waste Heat Boiler will do the job. Available from low capacity needs of 5,000 PPH to 200,000 PPH, (and larger capacities in our modular style units) 100 PSIG to 1,500 PSIG design pressure, and steam temperatures to 1,050 degrees F.

    Combined Cycle Utility HRSG

    The Victory Energy combined cycle HRSG is designed for operation with gas turbines in a multitude of applications. Gas or oil-fired, our HRSG Horizon® Series can be configured to provide saturated or superheated steam from 5,000 PPH up to 300,000 PPH in a single packaged system.

    Our thermal performance modeling software is capable of integrating multiple heat transfer processes in a single system. Our products are custom engineered and field verified. Shop assembly of each modular unit and component is maximized for efficient delivery and installation.

    Victory Energy provided all the new equipment required for a new 100,000 PPH steam plant.

    VEO Value Proposition:

    Victory Energy was approached by a paper mill to provide equipment for the temporary steam plant while the customer demolished the existing 50+ year old steam plant so a new steam plant could be constructed. Victory Energy provided a rental steam solution and was able to secure the contract for the supply of all the new steam boiler plant equipment and ultimately sell the client on the benefits of a true "single-source supplier".

  • Packaged D-type Watertube Boiler

    With the addition of the "D" Type Boiler, Victory Energy has become one of the few boiler manufacturers with a full compliment of "O" and "D" Type watertube boilers.

    Our Discovery series line is available from 10,000 PPH to over 500,000 PPH. Modular and field-erected sizes are also available. The Discovery boiler can be customized for superheated steam. All superheaters are placed within the boiler to optimize performance and ensure a long, trouble-free life.

  • Packaged O-type Watertube Boiler

    With their symmetrical designs, the Voyager "O" Type Watertube Series Boilers provide a rapid ramp rate and are easy to ship, install, operate and maintain. These versatile boilers are engineered, designed and manufactured for superior results. Sizing and capacities are available from 10,000 PPH up to 500,000 PPH of steam flow, well suited for high-pressure superheated steam where needed.

    Larger field-erected solutions are also available. Because each project is different, the Voyager "O" Type Boiler is designed to be perfectly customized to your exact specifications, with pressures from 250 PSIG to 1,500 PSIG and steam temperatures up to 1,050 degrees F.

  • CSP – CONCENTRATED SOLAR POWER

    Victory Energy engineered and delivered two (2) watertube boilers to a 20-acre location populated with an array of 24,000 mirrors that were designed to concentrate sunlight to a pair of thermal-receivers (boilers) that sit atop two towers 160 feet above ground. Victory Energy's scope included engineering, manufacturing and delivery.

    VEO Value Proposition:

    This project was the first of its kind in America and plays a major role in establishing solar energy as a legitimate source of power generation. Victory Energy's competitive advantage was its capability to pioneer a workable solution from scratch, with no existing data to draw from. The result of this project far exceeded expectations and is currently be tested in India as a model for future (CSP) Concentrated Solar Power projects.

This new technology harnesses the clean, renewable and radiant energy of the sun to produce superheated steam at typical utility pressures and temperatures. We are very excited to be leading the industry in producing real solutions to the ever increasing demand for green technology.

    This new Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) technology offers an efficient, cost-competitive alternative to fossil fuel derived energy, making it the "choice" renewable source of steam generation for short-term opportunities and long-term commitments.   • FRONTIER FIRETUBE BOILER PACKAGE

    Victory Energy provided one (1) Ultra Low NOx Ð 9 PPM firetube/burner package complete with burner management system, parallel positioning controls, economizer and stack. VEO’s scope included delivery and commissioning.

    VEO Value Proposition:

    A food manufacturer needed to increase boiler steam capacity to meet increased product demand, obtain Ultra Low NOx emissions and improve system efficiencies. Victory Energy provided a 3-pass firetube boiler design that integrated X-ID tubing to enhance heat transfer with an economizer, coupled with an Ultra Low NOx burner/control solution. The “new” Frontier firetube package has increased overall efficiencies with reliable/stable operation.
